Terms of Service

This document governs the relationship and obligations between Vaultly and you, the user of the services provided through vaultly.app.

Account Registration & Subscription Services

• By effecting a subscription and creating an account on the Platform, the User unequivocally agrees to adhere to the TOS stipulated herein.
• The User shall be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information upon account creation and ensuring its regular maintenance.

Nature of Offerings

• Vaultly exclusively proffers General Public License (GPL) certified premium themes and plugins. The Company expressly disclaims provision of any license keys pertaining thereto.
• Most themes and plugins offered shall operate without the requisite license keys. Vaultly shall not be held liable for any operational impediments caused by the absence of such keys.

Subscription Limitations and Renewals

• Subscribers shall receive a predetermined daily download limit as part of their chosen package. This privilege may also be granted through administrative discretion.
• Billing procedures are the sole province of Stripe, our third-party payment processor. The User acknowledges potential adjustments in subscription rates; however, extant subscribers shall remain unaffected until the subsequent billing cycle.

Termination, Billing & Recourse

• All pecuniary transactions, inclusive of disputes, are to be addressed directly with Stripe.
• The User may elect to cancel their subscription via Stripe's dedicated billing portal, located within our Platform's Settings interface.
• Vaultly retains the unassailable right to suspend or terminate User accounts on grounds of terms violation. Any remuneration previously paid shall remain non-refundable, save where statutorily obligated.
